Services We Offer
Our programs honor wounded law enforcement officers and support their families, while empowering faith-based students through scholarships—reflecting our commitment to service, compassion, and Christ-centered impact.
Community Outreach
The Community Outreach division of the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program is dedicated to honoring the legacy of Deputy Tobin Bolter by providing compassionate, Christ-centered support to law enforcement officers and other First Responders who have been wounded or killed in the line of duty, as well as their families. This program exists to serve those who have sacrificed for the safety and well-being of others, ensuring they are not forgotten or left to face their challenges alone.
Our outreach efforts are guided by our vision of faith, service, and resilience. We offer personalized support, financial assistance, and access to vital resources tailored to the unique needs of injured officers and their loved ones. Whether it's covering unexpected expenses, connecting families to counseling services, or simply offering a listening ear, our mission is to stand in the gap during times of hardship.
We recognize that the journey to recovery is more than just physical—it is emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal. That’s why our outreach focuses not only on meeting practical needs but also on fostering a strong community of encouragement, prayer, and ongoing care. We believe true healing begins with intentional, Christ-like compassion and continues through long-term support.
Through partnerships with local organizations, businesses, churches, and supporters, we work to create a network of care that extends throughout our community and beyond. Every initiative under our Community Outreach program reflects the heart of our mission: to honor sacrifice, offer hope, and uplift those who have dedicated their lives to serving others.
Scholarships
The Scholarships division of the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program is a Christ-centered initiative created to empower the next generation of faith-driven leaders and public servants through meaningful educational support. In alignment with our vision to honor service, uplift lives, and advance the message of Christ, this program provides financial assistance to students enrolled in accredited Christian Bible Colleges and Christian Universities, as well as those attending accredited Colleges or Universities offering Law Enforcement Technical or Degree-Seeking Programs.
The Scholarship Program accepts applications from students pursuing education at any institution that offers an approved and accredited Christian or Law Enforcement program, as determined by the Scholarship Program Committee. This includes Law Enforcement Technical and Degree-Seeking Programs approved by the Committee, ensuring that recipients are equipped to lead and serve with integrity, purpose, and a commitment to faith and community.
We recognize the profound impact that biblically grounded and service-oriented education has on individuals, families, churches, and communities. Our scholarship program is designed to ease the financial burden for students who feel called to careers in ministry, missions, counseling, education, law enforcement, and other faith-based or public service vocations. By supporting their academic journey, we aim to equip them to serve with wisdom, compassion, and conviction—living out their purpose and sharing the love of Christ wherever they go.
Applicants are carefully considered based on their spiritual commitment, academic goals, financial need, and desire to serve others in accordance with Christian values. Scholarships may be used to cover tuition, books, and other essential educational expenses, helping students stay focused on their calling rather than the burden of cost.
More than just financial aid, the Tobin Bolter Scholarship Program is an investment in the spiritual and professional development of individuals who will lead and serve with faith at the center of their mission. As these students grow in knowledge and character, they carry forward the values that reflect Deputy Tobin Bolter’s legacy—faith, service, resilience, and compassion.
Through the generosity of our donors and supporters, we are building a strong foundation for future Christian leaders and public servants, ensuring they are equipped, encouraged, and empowered to make a lasting impact in their communities and beyond.
