About Our Programs
"Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourself. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others."
Philippians 2:3-4 ESV
Tobin Bolter Memorial project
A Community Outreach Program
The Tobin Bolter Memorial Project is the community outreach arm of our nonprofit, dedicated to honoring the legacy of Deputy Tobin Bolter by providing compassionate support to law enforcement officers who have been wounded or killed in the line of duty, as well as their families.
Grounded in faith and service, this program seeks to walk alongside those who have sacrificed for the safety and well-being of others. Through financial assistance, emotional support, and connection to vital resources, we aim to uplift these heroes and ensure their needs are met with dignity, care, and respect.
Our goal is to build a community of hope and healing—one that not only recognizes the bravery of these individuals but also extends Christ-centered love and support to those enduring hardship as a result of their service.

"And Christ was the perfect example of this; he died for our interest so that we could be with Him; every day we need to live in a way to be an example to others so that they to could turn to Christ."

Tobin Bolter Memorial Scholarship Program
The Tobin Bolter Scholarship Program, a division of the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project, is a Christ-centered initiative committed to empowering the next generation of faith-driven leaders and public servants through meaningful educational support. In alignment with our vision to honor service, uplift lives, and advance the message of Christ, this program provides financial assistance to students enrolled in accredited Christian Bible Colleges and Christian Universities, as well as those attending accredited Colleges or Universities offering Law Enforcement Technical or Degree-Seeking Programs.
The Scholarship Program accepts applications from students pursuing education at any institution that offers an approved and accredited Christian or Law Enforcement program, as determined by the Scholarship Program Committee. This includes Law Enforcement Technical and Degree-Seeking Programs approved by the Committee, ensuring that recipients are equipped to lead and serve with integrity, purpose, and a commitment to faith and community.
Guided by the legacy of Deputy Tobin Bolter and rooted in our shared values of faith and service, the scholarship program is designed to ease financial burdens and support students as they pursue their academic and spiritual callings. We aim to equip individuals who embody Christian leadership, integrity, compassion, and a deep desire to impact the world for Christ through ministry, missions, education, law enforcement, and other service-oriented vocations.
Our goal is to invest in students who are committed to living out their faith in both word and action—individuals who will serve their communities and the world through lives marked by courage, resilience, and Christ-centered purpose.
