Tobin Bolter Memorial project and scholarship program
Jesus is our message
At the heart of the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program is a deep and unwavering commitment to the message of Jesus Christ. Everything we do—from supporting wounded officers and their families to equipping future Christian leaders—is rooted in His love, compassion, and call to serve others.
Jesus is our example, our strength, and our purpose. We strive to reflect His character in every act of kindness, every scholarship awarded, and every life we touch. Our vision is to create a lasting impact by sharing His hope and healing with those in need, one life at a time.
People are our heart
At the core of the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program is a genuine love for people. Inspired by our vision to honor service and uplift others through Christ, we are committed to supporting those who have sacrificed to protect their communities and investing in the lives of students called to lead with faith.
Whether it's a wounded officer, a grieving family, or a young Christian pursuing their purpose, we believe every person matters. Through compassion, encouragement, and meaningful support, we strive to reflect the heart of Christ in all we do—because people are the reason we exist.
Generosity is our privilege
At the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program, we believe generosity is not just an act—it’s a privilege. Rooted in our vision to honor sacrifice and empower others through Christ, we joyfully give our time, resources, and support to those in need.
Whether it’s providing aid to wounded law enforcement officers and their families or offering scholarships to faith-driven students, we are honored to serve others with open hands and open hearts. Inspired by the generous love of Jesus, we see giving as a powerful way to make a lasting impact and share hope with the world.
Honor is our calling
At the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program, we are called to honor those who serve and sacrifice for the safety and well-being of others. Inspired by our vision and grounded in our faith, we recognize the bravery of wounded law enforcement officers and the strength of their families by standing with them in their time of need.
To honor is to remember, to serve, and to uplift—and we do so with compassion, integrity, and purpose. Through every act of support and every life impacted, we strive to reflect the love of Christ and uphold a legacy of courageous service.
Rooted in faith, service, and compassion, the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program was established to honor the legacy of Deputy Tobin Bolter by supporting law enforcement officers wounded or killed in the line of duty and their families, while empowering the next generation of Christian leaders through scholarship opportunities.
Our vision is to build a Christ-centered community where sacrifice is honored, families are uplifted, and students at Christian Bible Colleges and Christian Universities are equipped to lead with integrity and purpose.

Guided by faith, service, and compassion, we stand with those who sacrifice and invest in future leaders committed to making a lasting impact.
Personal support
At the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program, personal support is at the heart of everything we do. We believe those who sacrifice for others—especially wounded law enforcement officers and their families—deserve more than recognition; they deserve compassion, care, and tangible assistance.
In the same spirit, we are committed to walking alongside students at Bible Colleges and Christian Universities, offering scholarships and encouragement as they pursue their God-given calling.

Faith Isn’t Just a Place—It’s How We Serve People
At the Tobin Bolter Memorial Project and Scholarship Program, we believe the heart of our mission isn’t found in walls or structures, but in people. Inspired by our vision of faith, service, and compassion, we are the Church in action—supporting wounded officers, uplifting families, and empowering future Christian leaders wherever they are, with the love of Christ at the center of it all.
